Elaine brings decades of expertise in human capital and business strategy, having successfully built and scaled HR departments across industries such as life sciences, technology, and health plan administration. From various ownership structures, including Fortune 500 companies to private equity, and from startups to venture capital, Elaine has been a driving force in shaping and organizational growth, culture, and talent strategy. In summary, Elaine has an impressive, broad background scaling companies disrupting the healthcare space for the better.

In terms of hobbies, Elaine loves horses and enjoys world travel, holding a special fondness for Ireland.
