Is my procedure covered by MotivHealth?

Why didn’t you cover anything on my claim?
Under any health plan, members pay 100% of costs before the deductible is met. After the deductible is met, insurance will pay a portion of your eligible medical claims (also known as the coinsurance phase). If your claim wasn’t covered, it usually means you either 1. Haven’t met your deductible yet, or 2. Your claim wasn’t an eligible medical expense. Regardless, if you have concerns or questions about coverage, please call us. Though high deductibles may feel heavy on your wallet at first, they truly do save healthcare dollars in the long run. And don’t forget, you can pay your deductible with tax-free withdrawals from your HSA.

Activating your HSA card is simple. If you’ve noticed a pattern by now, it’s CALL US. We welcome your calls! Our Personal Health Assistants are happy to walk you through activating your HSA debit card.
How do I find the best care at the best price?

How can I lower my prescription costs?
If you are taking a medication that costs $200 or more a month, including insulin, we can help you lower or eliminate your out-of-pocket costs. Call our prescription assistance team at 385-247-1030 to see how much you can save.
Where can I see the cost of my prescriptions?
To see the costs of your prescriptions, log into your Member Portal and use the “Prescription Cost” tool to estimate costs at a variety of pharmacies.
Is my pharmacy in network?
To search for in network pharmacies, log into your Member Portal and use the “Pharmacy Search” Tool. You can also call our prescription team at 385-247-1030 for assistance.
