Requirements

  • To use the MotivHealth App, you need to have an active account at member.motivhealth.com.
  • You must have an iPhone or iPad running iOS 16 or later, or an Android phone with Google Health Connect installed.

Don’t have a supported device?

You can still use MotivHealth on the web. Visit member.motivhealth.com on your phone’s browser and sign in. From the share menu (iPhone) or three-dot menu (Android), choose Add to Home Screen to keep a shortcut on your phone.
