Stay active, stay rewarded! The MotivHealth Steps app helps you track your daily steps and earn rewards when you meet your personalized step goals. As part of our commitment to your health and privacy, we want to be transparent about how your data is handled. 

How Your Steps Data is Used

We collect and use your step data to: 

  • Track your daily activity and progress toward your step goals. 
  • Determine eligibility for daily rewards based on your activity. 
  • Provide insights and trends to help you stay motivated and healthy. 

We do not sell your data to third parties. Your information is used solely to support your participation in the Step Tracker Program and to enhance your wellness journey. 

How Your Data is Stored

Your step data is securely stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We retain your data only as long as necessary to: 

  • Administer the rewards program. 
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements. 
  • Support your user experience. 

All data is stored in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our internal privacy policies. 

Requesting Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your step data at any time. To do so, please contact our support team via email:

Subject Line: Step Data Deletion Request
Include: Your full name, registered email address, and a brief message requesting deletion of your step data. 

We will confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

Steps Program Basics


Why Participate: So, you and your covered spouse can earn $1 for each day you walk 8,000 or more steps up to 20 days a month. All incentives earned this way are deposited into your HSA.

How to Participate: Create your MotivHealth member account. Sync an eligible device (Garmin, Fitbit, or Apple) and walk your way to $1 a day.

Who’s Eligible: You, the policy holder and a covered spouse.

Rx Program Basics


Why Participate: Spending $200 or more on prescriptions each month? We can help you eliminate or significantly lower your out-of-pocket costs.

How to Participate: Simply call one of our Prescription Benefit Analysts:

Prompt Pay Program Basics


Why Participate: Save between $250-$3,000 on out-of-pocket costs on planned medical procedures.

How to Participate: Simply call us before your scheduling your procedure, and we'll help you find a participating Prompt Pay facility / provider.

Who's Eligible: You, the policyholder and your covered dependents.

Price Transparency Tool Basics


Why Participate: Lower your out-of-pocket costs by empowering yourself to take charge of your healthcare.

How to Participate: Our Price Transparency Tool is accessed via your member portal. Simply create your account and click "Find Care."
