How much can I save with SmartPay?

Savings vary depending on the procedure, but members with a SmartPay- eligible procedure can earn incentives ranging from $100 – $3,000 in reduced out-of-pocket costs, but we often see even higher incentives for high-cost procedures.

For example, members who use SmartPay for an MRI will generally receive an incentive of $250. For a knee replacement, members receive an average incentive of $3,000.

Getting Started

Like any of our member programs, it’s simple. Just give us a call before your procedure at 855-582-4472, and we’ll help you identify a SmartPay-eligible provider and let you know your out-of-pocket responsibility and your potential savings. We’ll even schedule the appointment for you and follow up with you when the date of the procedure approaches.
